Patient discharge process:
1-After registering and completing the order of visits by physicians and nursing personnel file, the clearance by the secretaries of the section is completed.
2- Briefs is written by a doctor.
Note: If you have any questions be sure to ask before discharge from the nurse or doctor.
Note: the payment of any funds permitted only in fund of the hospital. Please refrain from paying any cash to other people.
